N. Meat Products (Free Tasting) + Online Questionnaire
Research Content: Feedback on the taste and packaging of meat products
Date: From now until February 8
Procedure: Participants are required to complete an online questionnaire before and after tasting (total 2 questionnaires, approximately 20 minutes each). Upon completion, the incentive will be given.
• The product can be mailed to your home free of charge or picked up in person at an SF Express store.
• The tasting product is frozen food [e.g., sausages or bacon].
Please note, this product is manufactured by well known brand currently selling in the market.
Basic Requirements:
• Open to Hong Kong permanent residents, new immigrants, and foreign nationals with work visas.
• Must have purchased and consumed any processed frozen meat products [e.g., sausages, bacon, ham, etc.].
• Regularly responsible for selecting and purchasing household groceries.
• Residential area: No restrictions *Priority will be given to addresses on Hong Kong Island or Lantau Island.
Age:
18–44 years old (limited slots)
45 years and above (many slots available)
Education: High school or above
New immigrants / foreign nationals: Monthly Household income above $12,000
Hong Kong residents: Household income: $12,000–$49,000 (many slots needed)
Household income: Above $50,000 (limited slots)
Incentive: $250 cash deposited into bank account + tasting product worth approximately $60
• $250 for completing the online questionnaires on time; late submission reduces the incentive by $100 (i.e., $150).
• The incentive will be disbursed via bank transfer. The bank account name and number must match the participant’s name.
• This survey must be completed by participant!

【被訪者條件】
👉🏻18歲或以上, 男/女
👉🏻香港永久居民/新移民/持工作簽證外藉人仕 均可
🗣️ 操流利廣東話+能閱讀理解中文 (外藉 需能閱讀+ 理解英文)
👉🏻教育程度: 高中或以上 (不用證明)
👉🏻家庭每月收入: 新移民/持工作簽證外藉人仕$12000以上, 香港居民不限
👉🏻 有買+食任何 加工肉類 急凍食品 [如: 腸仔或煙肉🥓 ]
👉🏻平日 主要由你負責家中食品 ,由你選擇+購買 (不是由家人購買, 你見有就食🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♂️ 你有揀選過)
💡試食研究, 參加者不抗拒食用其他品牌之加工肉類產品，, 無食物敏感情況
💡 自己和屋企人沒有從事: 食品生產/超市/任何飲食工作(不用證明)
💡過去6個月 無 參加任何市場調查/ ✔️6個月之前/✔️從來都冇參加過 (不用證明,也不會查)
💡酬謝費會經由銀行轉帳形式發放，必需是被訪者名字相符的銀行戶口名稱+號碼，是次訪問不能由他人代收‼️
💰酬金: 基本 $150， 準時填好兩份問卷加試食 +$100 (即共 $250💰) (另外試食品價值約$60)
